Program Manager

Responsibilities: Assist with planning, directing and controlling all aspects of program performance, cost and schedule milestones, implementation and maintenance of Engineering program. Effectively work in complex teaming environment together with subcontractors and multiple organizations, including the Federal customer. Prepare and conduct required periodic reviews. Provide leadership to the existing program organization. Facilitate effective teamwork and program operations. Coordinate with the federal customer to maximize synergy and explore ways of reducing risk and cost across product lines.

Prior program management experience with proven track record on aerospace and defense programs. Ability to analyze complex and interrelated technical, business, and political challenges. Strong leadership and team-building skills applicable to culturally diverse organizations and personnel. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Typical Experience: 12-14 years

Degree: Bachelors in engineering, science, or business management with engineering minor

Aerospace Engineer

Research, technology development position. Experienced in missile and weapon systems. we are developing flywheel-based attitude control systems for NMD programs.  

Project Engineer

Coordinate and direct diverse technical staff and project activities.

Desired attributes include:

Design Engineer Technician

Provide assistance to the Senior Design Engineers across a variety of tasks Responsible for the production of drawings, design and specifications as required.

• To take ownership for their own development.

• Liaising with relevant colleagues as appropriate
  
  Job Requirements/Technical Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience AutoCAD Solid Works + experience essential

• An awareness of design standards; 

• Good communication skills both verbal and in written format with the ability to interact at all levels;

• Good organizational and planning skills with clear reporting to Team Leaders;

• Demonstrate resilience and working to demanding targets and timescales;

• Team player thus ensuring the team meets its deadlines.

Security Clearance

Positions at Quoin locations may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.

Product Design Engineer

The essential functions of the position include concept of new ideas and prepare preliminary invention disclosures. Prepare and release detail drawings with CAD. Analyze components and assemblies for structural integrity and tolerance interaction. Build prototypes for testing evaluation. Be aware of new materials and technologies which could impact design and manufacturing. Interact successfully with other program team members and managers.

BSME or related engineering discipline. Advanced Engineering degree preferred, Minimum 8-10 years engineering experience with emphasis in product design, design, development and analysis. Knowledge of manufacturing costs, standard costs and techniques for prototype and manufacturing systems required. High level 2D & 3D CAD skills are required.

Experience in bringing products to market.

Development Engineer

Design and develop control and power systems within a project team. Support product development through multi-phase prototype efforts. Specific knowledge of high speed rotating equipment, small engine dynamics and/or power generation is preferred. Capability in CAD, structural analysis & flow analysis programs is highly desirable.

Marketing Manager

This particular position supports the introduction of the new powered lifting device product in the professional (as opposed to the recreational) climbing industry. Self-funded 12-year-old company is looking for an individual with the knowledge and ability to create and execute comprehensive sales plans, participating/guide new contract negotiations and closing important new sales.

This position will be responsible for maximizing near and long-term business opportunities for the full product line.

Lab Technician

Responsibilities assembling prototypes, developing test protocols, conducting product testing, assistance with product inspection,  and some AutoCad work. Ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with a background in electronic testing procedures and software.
