 Summaries

Quoin Engineering Services provides design and engineering services to organizations supporting DoD weapon system development. Quoin has provided support for various major Defense contractors. Services included:

• Technical liaison for emerging technical requirements,

• Developing marketing data regarding upcoming programs, business opportunities, and

• Coordinating meetings with essential Navy and other Federal personnel.

Quoin and our affiliated consultants have helped customers prepare proposals  for modernization of aircraft platforms, nics and weapon controls. As part of this support, we provided pilots, engineers, human factors consultants, and test  expertise as required by the client. 

Quoin engineers and scientists provided China Lake-based test support for a high performance surface attack rocket system. In this tasking, Quoin wrote the test plans, coordinated the testing and wrote test reports. In addition, we provided detailed engineering analyses of the system response to the test conditions, leading to design improvements.

Quoin’s wide ranging experience with the Navy, particularly with the capabilities and requirements of NAWCWPNS, China Lake, has enabled the company to parlay this knowledge base into a variety of other developmental and support projects.
